Levels of Protection

“Bunker” is not a specification. Protection is specified in layers, each with its own standard, cost and verification. A client chooses which layers apply to their scenario and pays for those. Understanding the difference is the first thing worth learning.

We will tell you which of these a structure actually achieves, and which it does not. A hardened buried shelter is a real and valuable thing; it is not the same as a blast-rated one, and any builder who blurs that distinction is telling you something about how they work.
